	* Possess a degree in civil engineering or its equivalent * Minimum of 3 yrs work experience as Estimator or Cost Engineer or Quantity Surveyor on building/electrical works * Must be computer literate and hands-on exposure on site measurements and estimates for quotations, bids and tenders * Able to do cost analysis for management use and project presentations * Well-organised, fast learner, self driven, initiative oriented and willing to do multi-tasking functions * Excellent background on CAD drawings for construction and as-built site measurements * Can drive motor vehicle and with valid Philippine License
